Unfortunately, I think that on social values as a general category rather than just one or a few positions on specific issues, Hifly is probably more in step with the general atmosphere at Oxford than most of us would like to believe.

Something tells me that Oxford isn't exactly a hotbed for anti-gay sentiment.

It certainly is not a hotbed for homophobia! And I'm not anti-gay so I have no problems in this respect.
