This is a bill to eliminate a part of our statute that is completely inapplicable. Our Constitution already grants the Governor the power to select the Lieutenant Governor. Therefore, this clause indicating something different is unconstitutional, inapplicable and shall be repealed.

Well, I don't expect to find any oposition here ^^ Just sayin'
