He's getting prominent coverage today in he wake of the CIA-spying-on-Senate story. If Wyden were to run for President in the Democratic primary, with-or-without Clinton as an opponent, would you vote for him?

My vote: Enthusiastically yes.

Wyden is great (and his wife is hot) but unfortunately he's probably too dweeby to be a successful Presidential candidate

He would most certainly lose, but he would have my vote against Chris Christie or Jeb Bush.

In the Democratic Primary:
Probably.  Unless Dennis Kucinich runs.

In the General Election:
Probably.  Unless Rand Paul is the GOP nominee or the Libertarian manages to get ballot access in Oklahoma.

I'm not certain he'd lose.  He's a substantive guy, and more likeable than both of them.  He's also Jewish, so he'd be a "first".

He seems like the Democratic version of Paul Ryan he's a wonkish guy and pretty boring and dull.

Yes, depending on the Republican nominee. Wyden is a good senator, and I'd rather have a competent president from the other party over a bad president from my own.

Absolutely, he's one of the top five senators currently serving.

Wyden spends most of his time complaining about people having easy access to Sudafed.

If you're a boring candidate, you have to prove that you're tough enough to move beyond personality, and he doesn't exactly scream tough.

Ya, I'll agree he doesn't have that presidential look.

One of my favorite left-wingers in the Senate, along with Chuck Schumer. I'd absolutely vote for Wyden against a GOP nominee sufficiently far from my own views.
