Announcement to all Game of Thrones fans

It has been publicized in other boards as well, but you may have missed it. Lumine is currently running an awesome Game of Thrones/ASOIAF-based roleplay/strategy game, with lot of crazy plot twists, backroom deals, battles and backstabbing involved. The problem is, we don't have enough people to play all the characters. Particularly, we are in serious need for a Tyrion Lannister (Lord of the Westerlands), Asha Greyjoy (Queen of the Iron Isles) and Daemon Blackfyre (claimant to the Iron Throne). These are too important players to be all taken up by the game moderator, so if anyone is interested in taking them up, it would really be helpful. And in all likelihood you would have lots of fun playing them.

To be fair plenty of my friends have started to get sucked into that thing, so I care about Ingress insofar as I care about them not talking about it any more so I can understand them again.

Heh, that reminds me of the top scoring player in Minnesota. His girlfriend hated the game, until it came out on iOS. He installed it on her phone and got her playing. Now she's part of our group.

I'd say you should do the same, at least try it out. Do you know if your friends are Resistance or Enlightened?

Anyway the only reason I made that jab is because this is WAY nerdier than Ingress (to be fair no one who posts on an electoral map forum should making fun of any activity for being "nerdy"...)

I don't own a smartphone.  And no that's that's not meant in a "more hipster than thou" sense though I know that's how it's gonna come across, really what it is is that I'm more lazy than thou and can't be assed to join the 21st century.

And please don't ever think I'd make fun of people for being nerdy... if you actually knew what my hobbies and inclinations were you'd realize that's not my intention at all.

It was fun to play, but I just couldn't do that, Atlasia and work all at the same time. Anyone who is into it should play. Lumine runs excellent sims.
