I mean honestly why expand Medicaid if most Doctors are not accepting it and secondly why would anyone want to be on Medicaid, since they don't want to pay for anything and its lot of red tape try to see a specialist.

Because most doctors do accept it and it's a whole lot better than being uninsured?

Medicaid payments to doctors used to be very low, so many docs just refused the program. The ACA, however, increased these payments to match those paid by Medicare, so this should be much less of an issue going forward. Thanks, Obama.

I thought Kentucky is said to be by the Federated of Obamacare Media (CBS, CNN, ABC, MS-NBC and Atlas News) to be the center of success for the right of people to receive free to the non-worker and illegals, $2,500 in less cost for the working poor and A-Doctor of their choice for all of their medical needs and wants.
You must put all this aside; soon, with the Dem’s now guaranteed the house -according to the experts of the electorate - doctors, nurses and their lab/science/info support will soon be all delivered  to us via federalized union employees, eliminating the medical oppression that is currently rampant through the charitable and free market model.
You will have to hang in there; this will not be over with very soon or... you could convert to Islam where you do not have to be concerned about things like that, just pray and submit - it will be taken care of for you.
oh' abide to the Obama premise, DO NOT HATE your doctor.

Tragically, this is the most absurd part of the ridiculous post above.

One thing I can't understand is that Root Canals are not covered in Kentucky under Medicaid.  I just wish I knew the reasoning.

Dental insurance is generally completely separate from medical insurance.

Looks to me you have discovered you’re purpose in life. Offer for a $1 that you will pay $20 worth of dental services. Of the $1 dollar collected you take a %20 commission, charge %25 for accounting, give %50 to the progressed Democrat party -in cash- to buy you’re underwriter, problem solved.
