Fixed hifly's post, again. He's easily the biggest homophobe in the Ohio House (even though he repeatedly claims he fights against discrimination), and his district is way too safe to have a DINO in this seat. He sponsored an OH version of the AZ religious freedom bill, and after withdrawaling it in disgrace, has said he's willing to sponsor it again down the road. He also voted with Kasich for JobsOhio and voted against the audit on JobsOhio, voted with Kasich to reduce the income tax rates, and he voted to ban abortion after 20 weeks if the fetus is feasible.

This bill is perhaps one of Patmon's best accomplishments, which isn't saying much. I'm not so sure this could pass or not or if Batchelder would even take it up, but if one of the Republican Reps. attached an amendment adding Johnny Manziel as a commemorative license plate as well, it could be considered an acceptable bipartisan bill.   I would like to see this pass, though.

We're not desperate, just we like winning.   That and LeBron was born and will always be an Ohioan no matter what stupid moves he made. He simply took an "extended vacation" in the Sunshine State.

lol but anyways, I came here to post this: Quinnipiac by a 62-12 margin forgive our King for originally leaving for Miami and 63-10 approve of his return to the Cavs. Ohio views LeBron favorably 53-19.

The poll also shows more Ohioans are interested in MLB than the NBA and don't like the Cavs in general, though.

I have no problem with him leaving for Miami.  Its his talent and what does with it is his business.  However, that whole thing with the TV special was about the most dickish way he could've possibly left and I still hold it against him.

Why's that? You think things would've been any different had it been done any other way? I sincerely doubt it. Cleveland still would've freaked out, his jerseys still would've been burned and they still would've welcomed him back with open arms four years later.

Either way, it's one event in a guy's 30 year lifetime. He's even said he should've done things differently. It's silly to still hold it against him.
