While there are similarities between Prammer and Clinton when it comes to 2016 talk and their role as champions for women/women's rights etc., Prammer was seen as a humble, very likeable person accross party lines.
Hillary Clinton on the other hand is more like a career-oriented, polarizing and sometimes unlikeable person (see her reaction after Gadaffi's death) and because of 90s related stuff of course. That's why many Republicans don't like her.
Many FPÖ-politicians paid their tributes to Prammer yesterday, so I don't understand your point.
