Cadena Ser

PNV wins, but far from the absolute majority. Sad

TV stations give them 31 to 33 seats, with 40 to 42% of the vote.

TVE:

EAJ-PNV/EA    31-33 40,3%
PSE-EE/PSOE 17-19 22,5%
PP 14-15 16,2%
PCTV-EHAK 7-8 11,0%
EB-IU 3-4 6,0%
ARALAR 0-1 2,3%

Antena 3:

EAJ-PNV/EA 31-33 39,9%
PSE-EE/PSOE 15-17 18,2%
PP 14-16 18,0%
PCTV-EHAK 7-8 11,3%
EB-IU 3-4 6,1%

Cadena Ser

EAJ-PNV/EA 31-33 42%
PSE-EE/PSOE 17-18 21,5%
PP 14-15 16%
PCTV-EHAK 5-6 7%
EB-IU 4-5
ARALAR 0-1

Final results:
PNV / EA 38.6 (-4.1) 29 (-4)
PSOE 22.6 (+4.7) 18 (+5)
PP 17.3 (-5.8) 15 (-4)
PCTV (compared with EH) 12.5 (+2.4) 9 (+2)
IU 5.4 (-.1) 3 (no change)
ARALAR 2.3 (+2.3) 1 (+1)
others 1.3 (+.6) 0 (no change)
That's a bare majority of nationalists - 39 seats. Of course, that is not the government that's going to be formed. I guess a PNV-PSOE or PNV-PSOE-EA government is likely. I don't know how many of the PNV / EA representatives are EA.
