According to the atlasian constitution amendments don't have a sell by date, once passed by the senate they can be ratified whenever the regional executive chooses, so I thought it would be helpful to have an ongoing list of each amendments status. This will be an ongoing task, and I'l hope to put up all the amendments in the upcoming days:

(For the record, the Constitutional Convention Clarification Amendment and the On third thoughts we do have expectations amendments the executive department amendment and the The Let's Say What We Mean About Senate Power over the Executive Departments Amendment, the candidacy withdrawal amendment the GM independence amendment the game moderatino reform amendment and the protecting people from explosives amendment have been ratified but are not on the wiki yet.

I think this only applies to amendments passed by the senate after the 17th amendment.

A situation that is obviously absurd and a classic example of the failure of "game reform" for "game reform"'s sake. I'll be watching this thread, though.

This happened in real life, though, and I happen to like the 27th Amendment.

I've always opposed the 'reforms'

Precisely. We already have to deal with obstinate regions to change anything whatsoever: the last thing we need now is another hurdle in the way of our Glorious Revolution, Marokai willing.

It shouldn't happen in real life, either. It's ridiculous. I don't know why we insist on keeping the worst parts of the US system when we adopt it for Atlasia - and even worse in some cases, like the bizarre guarantee of the right to "low potency explosives. The one that always springs to mind is that we inexplicably have retained the nonsensical "oh by the way you also have imaginary secret rights that aren't listed here!" clause when creating the Atlasian constitutiton.

I also updated the Official, up to date constitution to include the two amendments that did pass, the presidential pardon amendment and the 21st (mistitled Tongue) amendment.

To confirm - did the Electoral Reform Amendment pass or fail nationally?

Well, the reason for this thread is that technically no amendment ever really fails, it just gets postponed. But an amendment needs to pass in 4 of the 5 regions so it failed.
