Do you know anything about white juries and why they historically (and today to a lesser extent) were inherently more likely to convict a black man? The notion that a white person could not try a black person is incorrect but it was fostered for a reason.

Snowstalker is not wrong about the Black Panther Party in defending them from charges of terrorism. People confuse the Black Panther Party with the Black Liberation Army. While I oppose the Black Panther Party on ideological ground, they did do some great things for their community. They gave free breakfast to school children and lead anti-drug campaigns for example.

The BLA, on the other hand, was a terrorist group that was a massive HO.
