The issue I think is most of the early ones are either kind of bland or just overgrown suburbs. There'll be more interest in the later ones.

Yeah, in some ways I think maybe doing it by metro areas might have been better.

Also I voted lean FC, seems like one of the better places in Orange County (along with Anaheim).
