Why not expand cooperative opportunities to provide competition to utilities and utilize that Smart Grid Act we passed two years ago or so as a means to facilitate it. That will eliminate any justification for nationalization.

I agree, my point is that such would resolve existing problems with the system and thus eliminate any such present problems from being used as motivation.
