I guess everyone can agree that D-GA and R-TX are best and worst, respectively...
D-MO used to be/is pretty good, too, D-NY beats D-PA and D-CA (although both have good posters, too), and the rest just has to few posters to comment... D-IT is very good for example, but with just one (active) poster, that isn't too hard to accomplish...

R-TX  boasts (or did) DeadPrez, AggregateDemand (which I'm convinced is just a piece of software that pulls talking points from a database), jmsfcst, and for a time Ben Kenobi (he got better after the switch to I-TX). No thanks.

The D-NY crowd is amazing.  Eraserhead, Lief, traininthedistance... Easily the best.

R-PA would be the worst if Phil wasn't propping them up, so I'll go with R-TX.
