If Biden likes to skinny dip, I see no reason why he should not do so because some Secret Service agents are present.  It's a crappy part of the job, but ideally they should be treated as if they aren't there.

No, I think that just as they have an obligation to risk their own lives to save yours, you have an obligation to uphold certain standards of comportment when under their protection.
