So is this a serious campaign now?

Only in the eyes of some liberals on this forum.

And only the second largest public employee union in the state.

I cast ballot #107 in my precinct after lunch. That's higher than the number of votes cast in the same district in last year's contested mayoral primary, FWIW.

e: If Twitter is any indication, turnout remains low across most of the state. I'm seeing a lot of tweets like this one:

I saw on Twitter that Suffolk was reported to be around the same but not sure who reported that. May have been Schwartz as well.

Republican Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano has endorsed Cuomo and cut an ad for him.

Not that it necessarily surprises anyone but he's also been extremely tepid in his support of Democrats running for the state senate, despite his apparent "agreement" made earlier in the campaign as a component to gaining the WFP endorsement.

Cuomo is truly a strange individual (and not in a good way).

Did you catch his interview with the New York Times? It's kinda great.

Speaking of downballot greenies, should I vote Green or Working Families (i.e. Democrat) for Comptroller? I'm not even entirely sure what the Comptroller's job is. Obviously I'll be voting Hawkins for Governor and Schneiderman is and has been fantastic so I'll be voting WFP for AG.

Tom DiNapoli is a good man.

lol

I'm not voting for the guy but I must admit that I'm more and more amused by his bizarreness. He's certainly a character.

His book was such a failure (and pretty awful).

Perhaps but most, if not all, of those types of books are obviously terrible.

It's becoming increasingly clear that between Teachout getting one third of the vote and his book bombing, Cuomo has had some sort of mental breakdown.
