HO for being a joke "church" that is basically nothing but real life trolling...and for their awful Ayn Rand-esque philosophy.

A horrible joke that makes light of the very real threat that actual Satanists in positions of power pose to decent society.

Ultimately far too weird for me. I really don't have a truly favorable view of any religion or branch-off, to be frank.

I understand the symbolic significance of the Serpent and Satan in a positive light - Satanists are not the first to notice that or put that front and center - but I would think that a better, eh, mockery of Christianity, at least in terms of quality of thought and originality, would be to found a religion around King Arthur, who of course never existed. But the story of Arthur and the story of Christ are quite closely related.

We get it, you (the satan "worshipers") don't like your parents.  Being a stripper or dating a "darky" would be more productive.

Which is why it doesn't work. Arthur doesn't have the same effect for people with daddy issues that Satan does.

Horrible... but they have the right to exist, aren't any less of a religion than many others, and the government shouldn't treat them differently or not count them as a religion.

Ideally governments shouldn't count religions.

This and the fact that they think that such trolling would make debates that will take years, if not decades can be solved in months or a couple of years of trolling the courts. Even major issues that change came about through the courts took years, if not decades (Brown took 10 years, Roe took almost 10 and SSM has taken almost 10 as well).

I take you never been to a beach community in Florida for any extended amount of time?

Scum -- if they really 'love' an entity that has nothing to offer but shame, disgrace, and ruin.

Come to think of it, the Devil would be the perfect character of a drama. After all, he has been in all sorts of places. He isn't afraid of any prison, torture chamber, battlefield, or fire. He can travel in all circles -- from a drug den to an executive suite. "My" devil would shape-shift -- changing gender, ethnicity, apparent age, politics, attire, grooming habits, religion, or social position.
