I've been there a few times. Seemed really nice. Wouldn't mind living there if I had a job in DC (one of the few suburbs I'd say that about).

Some of the least objectionable postwar suburbs in America.  FC.

Montco is majority-minority.

I've never been, but I'm guessing that much lacrosse is played there.

I lived there for a little while and I'm still registered to vote there. It's not a perfect place (the biggest issue is lack of ready access to food), but it's fairly well-designed and the public transportation system in particular is excellent. It's vastly superior to the suburbs across the river in Virginia, and Silver Spring is a surprisingly cool place.

Montgomery County and Prince George's County (where I live now) are the two places in the DC metro area where I could conceivably see myself living. I don't think I'd like to be in DC proper and obviously Virginia is right out.

Some dank shyt called "home county swag"

But really I'm over my stupid teenage "I hate my town" angst, and Montco, PA isn't that bad.
