Pacific Judicial Reform Act.
1. A Pacific regional supreme court is to be created, with the final say on all legal matters.
2. The court shall consist of 1 chief and four associate justices. Who will be appointed by the Governor, and confirmed by the council.
3. Every Pacific Citizen who is registered to vote is eligible to become a judge.
