Leaving Daniel Dennett off this list is akin to leaving James Garfield off the assassinated U.S. Presidents list. He may be more obscure and lower key than the others, but he's still one of them.

Dawkins, given that Hitchens apologized for the Iraq War and turned into something of a right-winger later in life and given that Sam Harris thinks torture is a-okay.

You left off Dennett, but of these options, easily Dawkins.  Hitchens is someone I've agreed with on pretty much nothing of significance, politically or theologically, and Harris totally epitomizes the way stereotypical atheists are seen by Christians.  (How do we know what's moral?  SCIENCE!  Do we have free will?  NO BECAUSE SCIENCE!  Also, I really, really like Geert Wilders!)

Dawkins, at least, actually contributes original material, even though it's all exclusively scientific and none religious.

Dawkins, but even he has recently turned into an apologist for Islamaphobes. He is best when talking about biology; not feminism or sociology where he is cringeworthy.
