Haven't done this in a while…..

Who are your top five most likely people to go all the way and win the US presidency in November 2016?  (ranked list, from most likely, #1, second most likely #2, etc.)

I imagine that Hillary Clinton will be at #1 in almost everyone's list, but curious to see what it looks like after that.

It's hard to say at this point, because the guy who I see as the strongest candidate on either side, Scott Walker, may not win reelection this year. Also, I don't think Hillary is going to run, though if she does, she of course keeps the strongest Democrat alternatives out of the race.

Taking all that into account:
1. Rand Paul
2. Scott Walker
3. Hillary Clinton
4. Ted Cruz
5. Andrew Cuomo

Honorable mentions:
Marco Rubio
Rick Perry

Hillary is 10 times as likely as anyone else to be elected president:

She's almost 100% to be the Democratic nominee.
No Republican is much higher than 10% to be the nominee.
The Democratic nominee is about 60% to win the general.

I'd change the numbers to 70/20/65, but you have the right general idea.

Is the 70 factoring in the fact that she may not run?

yeah, but I wouldn't put that number much higher than 5-10%
