I would say we just leave the bill as is,and start a final vote, as I seriously doubt we will find something in that bill.

The Act noted for consideration by Senator Yankee is too big and if we start pulling things out, we'll end up with some massive piece of legislation and I'm worried about this turning into Yankee/Duke 2.0.

So would you say we just leave it like that, and proceed further?

In fairness, Yankee/Duke 2.0 is quite literally the name of the act Tongue

Technically a prior act should be 2.0 but it wasn't named such.

Should we go to a final vote then?

If Cranberry and Polnut are satisfied with the components contained therein (conditioning this based on the limited scope Wink), then I am ready to proceed as well.

Indeed. With six votes in the affirmative and four not voting, the DYCOY Mental Health Reform Act Part II passes the Senate and is now presented to the President for his signature, redraft or veto.

Aye (6)Sad Senator Bore, Senator Cranberry, Senator TNF, Senator Yankee, PPT Lumine and Senator Polnut.
Nay (0)Sad
Abstained (0)Sad

Not Voting (4)Sad Senator Cassius, Senator JCL, Senator Cranberry and Senator Cynic.

Thanks for posting this, Lumine. I thought the title of this had been changed but wasn't sure and didn't want to sign the right bill in the wrong place.

X DemPGH, President

I frankly do not have a strong opinion about this, but I recognize it as a useful measure. I'm not that knowledgeable about mental health issues, policy, and so forth, actually, and I remember needing to really do research on the matter the last time it came up. So this looks fine to me.
