No link. Just something I overheard in Chicago.

Basically Google is getting sued over Ingress. The background: A father signed up and started playing the game. He later recruited his 12-year old son. This is in violation of Google's ToS which have an age 13 minimum but is pretty much unenforced (not that it really can be.) The father and his wife later separated and his wife got custody, but the son continued to play Ingress. The father later abducted his son while coming home from school. After he was apprehended and arrested he admitted he found his son's location due to his displayed Ingress activity. The mother has sued Google.

I'm just upset that even though Ingress is now on iOS, I have a crappy iPhone 4 and would have to upgrade to iOS 7 to play. Cry
