If I remember correctly, Pryor (along with Mary Landrieu, Blanche Lincoln, Bill Nelson, and Joe Lieberman) was one of the few Democratic Senators that were dragging their feet on originally passing Healthcare Reform (aka the ACA aka ObamaCare) to begin with.

Now, in the middle of his tough re-election fight, Pryor is running on his support for ObamaCare.

Weren't people saying Natalie Tennant running away from Obamacare "smells of desperation"? It seems red state Dems will smell of desperation no matter what they do then. Wink

That was a really good ad. I may have to retract my previous indifference to whether he wins.

You could probably fit every person in Arkansas who understands that Daddy and Jr are talking about the ACA in a phone booth. If that makes it a "good" ad, so be it.

Arkansas has been running alot closer in the polls than I had expected, I think Cotton will win, but it's these ads that make it close.

No, desperation would be to simply run and refuse to defend, let alone mention, a major piece of legislation that you voted for.

This is exactly the sort of ads Democrats need to be running, and not just in red states. There is no need to come out in support of a label, when you can run on the substance.
