OK, this was a bill Deus put forward to clean up some of the outdated language in some of our older laws - I don't think there'll be an issue with this.

Sorry for not seeing this and commenting on it earlier. Anyway the point of this is to end social engineering designed to benefit married couples above singles. Another reason for this is now that we recognize incestuous relationships, a father and daughter could just claim to be married to get tax benefits. This will prevent that and end the unnecessary subsidization of marriage. If a couple can't support each other financially on their own, they probably shouldn't be marrying in the first place and culturally speaking it's probably better if families develop organically rather than being products of the state.
