Basically, a dead body surrounded by crime scene tape was set up by protestors in Philadelphia as a reference to the Michael Brown shooting and protestors attempted to see how people would react to the sight of a dead black man.

Few to none of the passers by were upset or even attempted to ask what was going on. Some people took the crime scene tape down and blithely posed for photos. There are more photos in the link.

An important clarification: It's not an actual dead person. Using an actual corpse in a protest display would be pretty f^cked up.
