In addition to Montana and South Dakota (-6% each), Dukakis also did fairly well in Missouri (-4%), New Mexico (-5%), and Colorado (-8%). In contrast, he underperformed in Connecticut (-5%), Michigan (-8%), and Ohio (-11%)
