It's not bad flavor wise, but one of its 23 flavors doesn't agree with me and gives me headaches so I don't drink it.

Dr. Pepper actually helps to relieve my headaches. I drink the regular stuff at work and the diet stuff at home and the caffeine generally helps my headaches a bit.

That's probably because your headaches are coming from caffeine withdrawal. If you didn't drink any caffeinated beverages, you'd likely get the same effect.
