The Emmys are a complete racket just like all major awards shows. This is firmly established in that meta episode of Always Sunny (which consistently gets shafted in favor of saccharine network sitcoms).

Wouldn't mind seeing Breaking Bad win Best Drama again, but I guess they'll simply give it to True Detective in the end.

I'd like to think so but there seems to be an ongoing conspiracy at work in front of our eyes by the hands of the Emmy voters to make sure that Mr. Hamm never gets his due...

These awards seem bought and sold. I can't imagine the people who vote on these things actually watch American Horror Story: Coven, The Good Wife, and Mom.
