I would like to float (and eventually disappear) in space forever, that sounds pretty cool.

Yeah, I'd like to be frozen in case they find a way to bring me back.

Cremation is the way to go, IMO. Why would I want to leave my body to rot in the ground?

First of all, I think about this often. I have a dark attraction to funerals (I might go to a wake tomorrow, in fact). I'd like to be buried, preferably on my own private property, with my name and exact date of birth and death on a tombstone (note: not a plaque, but an above ground stone with no statues or engravings attached).

Burial in a cemetery is such a waste of space....I mean, can you imagine if every single person throughout history had their very own burial plot?  There'd be no room left for the living.

Cremate me, and spread my ashes on the family's lake.  Just as we did with mom.

In a grave above ground (how most are buried in New Orleans).

Underneath the pyramid burial complex built in my honor, of course.

Preserved a la Jeremy Bentham, preferably with head intact, and donate my eye to science.

As I've told everyone that matters, whatever the cheapest option at the time is.  I believe it's still cremation, so that.

Even in death, I'm a cheap ass.

Like my daddy - cremated, and my ashes tossed into the sea.

Either cremated, donated to medical science, or stuffed and preserved so as to be used as a sex toy.

Cremate me, and dump the ashes and a fine bottle of Napa wine into the mississippi river.

Cremated, and either spread across on a lake in Maine, at the Jersey shore or in some woods in Maine.

Buried (normal). Also, morbid much? This is something I've given zero thought to.

I might have guess that, given your macabre signature photo.

Cremated, and spread across a lake in Minnesota or the Arctic Ocean.

I voted other.... because.....
I would like to be uploading into a computer or find some other way of living forever.
Or at least until 2100 when I will be 145:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immortality#Prospects_for_human_biological_immortality

If I am still alive when I am 80 in 2035, life expectancy could be going up a rate faster than
we age and virtual immortality could be a possibility:

Yeah, I'd like to be frozen in case they find a way to bring me back.

Well, traditionally, the idea is to freeze someone after she or he dies;
it would make more sense to do that before death.
I think once you're dead you're dead, after a certain amount of time.
I know it's possible to die for a short amount of time and be resusitated, but
I don't know if it's possible to be resusitated if you are frozen for a number of years.

Oh, actually "indefinate" is more accurate than "immortal":

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indefinite_lifespan

Life expectancy at birth was only 31 in the early twentieth century.
By 2050 it should be much higher than it is now.
