Thoughts? I saw a teaser trailer so it's definitely back on (if you remember, Tarantino previously cancelled it after a rough draft of the screenplay leaked.)

I'm actually a bit concerned about the lack of originality. It's another western this time set just after the Civil War...oh and apparently Tarantino wrote a role for Samuel L. Jackson, as a former slave turned bounty hunter...yep seriously. But I'll have to wait for more info. Also the script implied it'd be only about two hours long, odd for Tarantino, but if it's a rough draft I'm sure there'll be plenty more. I'd be surprised if Tarantino gets another movie under 2 1/2 hours anytime soon.

Yeah, I was surprised to see we got the teaser trailer at my theater the other day (even though it didn't really contain any actual footage). Feels like it kind of came out of nowhere.

I'm also hoping it doesn't just play like Django Unchained 2.

Yeah, it sounds weirdly similar to Django.

I'm a bit concerned with the setting/most basic premise, though I do hope the movie's individuality will be more visible as we learn more about it.
