This looks about right, but what about Nebraska's Second Congressional District? Shouldn't Clinton be able to narrowly win there if she can win in Arkansas and Georgia against a generic opponent?

Generic R could easily beat Hillary (though she could also win), the problem is generic R can't win the nomination without going 2012 cycle Mitt Romney

Light blue- Hillary might have a chance, but I am not convinced.

It's actually very close to generic. Maybe a generic D wouldn't have a chance in the light blue states, but may have one in Montana and Arizona...and maybe able to count on Nevada.

Who would be a "generic R" in your mind (just so I can get a picture)?  I'll guess like Pence?  He's conservative on hot button issues but not obnoxiously like a Cruz and he's from a Midwestern state but a GOP-friendly one.

(All assuming a neutral environment):

Dark Blue = GOP in almost any scenario
Blue = Safe GOP
Light Blue = Lean GOP
Gray = Tossup
Light Red = Lean DEM
Red = Safe DEM
Dark Red = DEM in almost any scenario

This is closer to correct. Hillary is far from invincible.

When talking about Generic opposition, all that matters is the national mood. And I'm betting Hillary will be hamstrung by a US recession in 2016.

This. I can't see Hillary winning GA or Arkansas, even Missouri is dubious. Though if she does win MO, than NE-02 might be in play.
