Nice map. I'm surprised that the most pro-Romney county in the state didn't support the ex-republican. I'm surprised that the very southern areas of the state didn't support him (as much), is there a general distaste of him flip flopping there?

Crist was viewed as the establishment Democratic candidate. Rich was unknown. Right-leaning Democrats and Dixiecrats reflexively voted against him.
