In the sense that it contributes further to McConnell's Washington insider/corrupt image and gives Grimes more to put in ads, but this itself won't be the campaign killer.

Shake up of top campaign staff always has an impact on a campaign, especially this far out in the election season. Expect race to tighten further. Smiley

Maybe a little. It highlights McConnell's culture of corruption, and if things like this keep happening, then sooner or later there will be a straw that breaks the camel's back.
