A case could be made for any 4 of the third group to be in the top 10, but I'd go with India, Japan, Italy, and... maybe Brazil I guess. Not South Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Nigeria, Mexico, Canada, Australia, or Indonesia. So 10-13 are Pakistan, Brazil, Spain, and Turkey.
