I approve of the sentencing (not like he'll see all 25 anyway).  His actions could have (and almost did) lead to somebody being dead.  Hopefully this story will get around to all the other little sh**ts (and it seems to be moving around nicely) that think this kind of thing is ok and maybe this activity will slow down.

I think 25 years to life is very excessive, but there should be a more limited punishment imposed in cases like these (where there was no death or serious injury). A maximum five years would be far better, ideally with substantial community service time.
