pretty regularly for graphs and data tables and such.  It can be frustrating for data fitting and it's not really well designed for scientific work and I prefer SigmaPlot, or even Kaleidagraph, but since MSExcel is free and everyone has it, I use it because it's just easier to share stuff that way.
