This, and I suspect his weight might also be under average.

Why are you making fun of Oklahomans?  We are very well educated.  We have many very good institutions of higher learning.  Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are among the best universities in the world.  My education at Northwestern Oklahoma State University is just as good as a Harvard education, only a heck of a lot cheaper.  Oklahoma does have an obesity problem, but most states do.  It doesn't mean we're any dumber than the healthy states.  Please, do not make fun of Oklahoman's.  We're a great bunch of people.  Sure, our politics leave something to be desired, but that's not because we're conservative.

Why does saying you are above average constitute making fun of Oklahomans? And why does this necessitate you saying something as ludicrous as "Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are among the best universities in the world.  My education at Northwestern Oklahoma State University is just as good as a Harvard education"? Chances are it was actually more expensive than what you'd pay had you gone to Harvard.

I don't know about the rest, but the fact that Maxwell is the only Oklahoman I've met that isn't obese should say a lot.

There are a lot of things we as Oklahomans need to work on.  Obesity is one of the most glaring problems.  We are far from perfect as a state, but I still think we're one of the best in the nation.

In his religious beliefs, general outlook on life and weight and diet issues, yes.

Less so in his education and politics.

The average Oklahoman does not spend time posting on an internet forum about politics.

Why are you making fun of Oklahomans?  We are very well educated.

The percentage of people in Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree or higher is 22.7%, which ranks 42nd out of the 50 states. No, Oklahoma is not well educated.

We have many very good institutions of higher learning.  Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are among the best universities in the world.

US News and World Report's rankings puts Oklahoma State at #142 in the country amongst national universities. University of Oklahoma is #101, and while I suppose its #47 amongst public schools isn't anything to be ashamed of, it's a far cry one "one of the best universities in the world."

My education at Northwestern Oklahoma State University is just as good as a Harvard education, only a heck of a lot cheaper.

Heh. That's amusing political correctness of a sense.

University of Tulsa is a far better University than OU or OSU. Also, you've never been to Harvard, so you wouldn't know how good your education was as a comparison. I suspect you're lying or you just don't know.

This raises an interesting question: Which state in the Union has the greatest (per capita) number of people for whom a life blog would generate as much interest here as "Update" does?

We only have one Top 100 College (University of Tulsa), so that makes sense.

I still am, actually.  I believe the scandals that Christie has faced have been mostly manufactured by the liberals.  Same goes with Rick Perry's indictment.  It's all a liberal witch hunt trying to tilt the 2016 odds in their favor.

How might the bridge scandal have been manufactured by liberals?
