Yeah, spot on. I think a lot of people are not aware of that. And not only his agenda, but his agenda which happens to be the party's holy grail - privatization. I don't think he got any of it because there was a lot more to it than just the liquor stores. Republicans should be excoriating him for a such a missed opportunity, actually.
