Cruz. He's conservative enough for the base, and he hasn't had a big scandal yet.

Pence. He's conservative enough. Next would be Paul.

Christie.  Democrats love to talk about how extreme the GOP has become and how crazy it now is, but the fact is that people as far right as Cruz never win the nomination.

I agree with Rockefeller GOP that Christie is not dead in the water. Bridgegate could serve to help him, in fact.

Mitt Romney

Jeff Sessions isn't a real candidate. At best, he'd be like one of those old school candidates and be a favorite son and just win Alabama. His chances of running is like 10%, and if he does, he drops out before Iowa.

Ted Cruz, as he is an embodiment of everything that the conservative movement has hoped for in a candidate since Ronald Reagan.

Pence.

He is sounding more like he is going to run. He is governor and isn't  facing any major scandals or reelection. Could bridge movement conservatives and mainstream.

Switching from Kasich to Paul, although I still think there's a substantial chance of a dark horse winning the nod.

Meh, I'm going to say someone like Kasich. What the polls say now and what will make the difference during the campaign and debates are two different things.

I'm saying Paul, but would probably support Walker in this scenario.

I voted Kasich last month but with the news that Portman may get in, I'm wondering if he is not interested.

I'm starting to lean back towards Christie provided that he can survive Bridgegate relatively intact. Barring that, maybe Pence.

Well, Katy Perry is Ready for Hillary, so she certainly won't be letting them use her song. Wink

Wow, Walker is collapsing in this poll. Are people migrating from him because they think he is less likely to win in 2014?

Some far-right activists are angered by Pence's shift to the middle on some issues.
