Wait, is that that horrendous "bird is the word" episode? That was the episode that made me quit watching Family Guy regularly, it was so wretched.

To answer the question, I like the one about the FCC a lot.

Da Boom
I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar
PTV
Petergeist
Road to the Multiverse

That's not in any particular order. If I had to go with five more:

He's Too Sexy For His Fat
Peterotica
Meet the Quagmires
Family Gay
Forget-Me-Not

I also can't forget to mention the ipecac scene from 8 Simple Rules for Buying My Teenage Daughter. Nothing beats watching it the first time, and that was one of the funniest things I'd ever seen.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that, unlike The Simpsons, Family Guy doesn't have particular episodes that stick with me, for the most part.  A couple multiverse/time travel ones I remember, but not in the same category as The Simpsons.

So your favorites?

Hands down the worst episode is "Not All Dogs Go To Heaven".

Isn't that the one with the entire Star Trek TNG cast? That one was pretty funny...

The main plot is mean-spirited and utterly inane anti-Christian crap and is full of plot holes.

Wow, Family Guy has been a terrible show for a solid 5+ now. They are good for maybe 1-2 good episodes a year.

Oh yeah, those classic Family Guy episodes...

Honestly, this show is sometimes funny.  It has some good joke writing, but I can't remember an individual Family Guy episode.  They just sort of blend together because they never have a strong A story plot.

I don't have 5 worst episodes, only 3 that I can think of.

"Brian and Stewie"      Disgusting episode where they are locked in a bank vault.

"Spies Reminiscent of us"

"Seahorse Seashell Party"    A whole episode of Meg complaining? Sign me up! And Brian hallucination scenes were awful.

I'm adding Three Kings and Family Guy Viewer Mail 2 to my favorites list.

I like And Then There Were Fewer but its not a favorite of mine

I don't remember titles, but I like all the ones where Death is involved and the Brian/Stewie adventures.

I didn't know the titles either for most of them, I had to look them up on Wikipedia.

The part about Stewie's diaper was what makes me hate this episode. One of the few times in my life I wondered how Standards and Practices allowed this to air.

I once told someone at work I liked Family Guy, he said he didn't like it and this episode was the first thing he mentioned. I guess I'm guilty by association.
