No, but it will probably be within a 15 point margin.

Durbin is gonna win and Rauner is gonna come darn close to win. I have Quinn winning well within the margin last time and Durbin can win a six or 10 pt race.

What's gonna save Dems here, including Schneider and Foster is min wage and Rauner pet project term limits off ballot.

Which Oberweis and Rauner didnt want.

Durbin's worst margin ever was his initial election in 1996, when he won with "only" a ~15% margin. I can see him pretty much mirroring that result in 2014. If he falls below that, that would  indicate possible severe problems for other Democratic candidates on the same ballot (Quinn, state legislature, collar county US House seats, etc.).


So: No, >10%.
