I believe in the principles of the US Constitution, but I'm not convinced that individuals who seek to destroy constitutional government should be entitled to constitutional protection.

"Violating individual rights" is very vague. If you're in a 24-type situation, I think almost all options should be on the table. Absent an imminent threat, then I'd usually disagree, depending on the "right."
