Since I don't think Clinton won't run, this seems like a likely matchup to me. Ventura is probably going to run, and maybe be another Nader, lawsuit or not. When has he cared? Discuss with maps! The biggest question is if Jesse would win any states.

Paul. Not only wouldn't Ventura win any states, but he wouldn't get 5% in any state besides maybe Minnesota.
One does not sue Chris Kyle's wife and then run a successful presidential campaign.

There'd be no point to Ventura running in 2016 with Paul as the GOP's candidate if he wasn't willing to run in case of a Bush, McCain, or Romney nomination.

Nader would be 82 by 2016, seems unlikely.

I'm talking Ventura could BE the next Nader

I would hold my nose and vote for Paul.

Paul would win handily, I think.

Paul, although I can't see Ventura running in this scenario to be honest.

Biden. Ventura would take entirely from Paul.

Ventura doesn't clear 2% nationally regardless of who the major party nominees are. No, he obviously wouldn't win any states.

Why not? The man defamed Ventura. He may have been an American hero, but he was also a bullsh*t story teller. The jury sided with Ventura, end of story.

Chris Kyle wasn't really important outside of the Fox News bubble, which already hates Ventura for being a 9/11 truther among other things.
