UMass-Lowell poll of about 1600 registered voters:

Coakley (D): 41%

Baker (R): 32%

Coakley is also up 32 against Grossman in the D-primary, by the way.

Grossman has had very strong debates, as had Berwick. Coakley's primary polls are showing a trend away from her. I think the primary is very much up in the air.
