Maybe in a presidential year with the right candidate and the right national landscape, this district could flip. But hard to see it happening in a democrat's sixth year itch election with a candidate who barely came within single digits last time even though Obama actually carried the district by something like 300 votes. Not impossible, but hard to see it happening.
