I'll accept non-interstate limited access highways that are long or attach to a "real" interstate highway at some point.  And name the interstate/highway.  Obviously Euros, Aussies and others have different road names, but I'm sure you get the general idea.

Me, I live a stones throw (well, several of them) from I-80.

The next highway is ca. 32 miles (50 km) away from where I live:

The A10 in the state of Salzburg on that map.

About 12 km from a limited access highway that isn't technically an Autobahn, but it is unlimited speed and connects to a "real" one.

I'm currently sitting in my garden and I'm looking at one at the moment, the A12

There is quite heavy traffic today for a thursday afternoon, especially quite a few trucks are on the road
On a side note, Austria is the country with the longest motorway/interstate highway/freeway/Autobahn net per population in the world Wink

One block from I-240. During the winter, and especially at night, I can hear it easily if standing outside my house. In the summer, however, it is completely drowned out by the sounds of insects, air conditioners, and the occasional lawn mower.

I live less than two miles from 280 at home and the Capital Beltway (495/95) at school. At home the nearest two-digit Interstate is more than fifty miles away.

14.9 miles (or 18 minutes) to IH76, according to Google, although I live 2.4 miles from US Highway 30, which is a controlled-access, multi-lane, divided freeway in this area.

As the crow flies, I currently live 55 miles from the nearest interstate (much further by road), though when I was at home I was about 8 miles from one.

40 km from the one that goes to Albi, but why going there?

50 km from Carcassone, that can latter connect you to some others that go to Marseille/Côte d'Azur/Italy in one sense or Perpignan/Barcelona/Eastern Spain in the other one, you choose when you reach the Mediterranean.

70 km from Toulouse that can connect you Central/Western Pyrénées, Pays Basque/Western Spain, Bordeaux, or Paris.

And there is all that fuss going on for years for building one to connect Castres to Toulouse, lol, it remains only 37 km to build out of the 70, and they still didn't manage to get the agreement from central govt so far. The mayor seems to turn kinda crazy about that...

20 minutes either way to I-75. 10 minutes from US-23 which will take you to I-94, I-96, I-475 near Toledo, and eventually to the Ohio Turnpike.

~2 miles from 80/94. Makes going to Chicago a breeze (30 - 45 minutes depending on traffic)

That's the operative phrase on that stretch of highway. I've seen it take a hour to go less than 10 miles.
