Having to see the woman who was raped constantly remind you that she was raped is pretty uncomfortable. Still, it has to be more comfortable than being raped and not having authorities care enough to do anything about it.

What do you suggest be done?

Just always take complainants word as gospel and side with the accuser regardless of any evidence, of course.

What can be done? We can start by addressing this bullsh*t notion that false rape accusations are a major problem in this country, and that somehow rape is falsely claimed at a race far outpacing the rate of false accusations of other crimes. Cause, you know, those bitches.

Fact: The United States Justice Department says false accusations "are estimated to occur at the low rate of two percent -- similar to the rate of false accusations for other violent crimes." Meanwhile, according to Justice Department data, 97 of every 100 rapists receive absolutely no punishment.

The idea that someone would go this far over a false accusation doesn't make logical sense to me.
