Since there's already a topic for President, I thought this might be interesting.

Me (1987) : George Deukmejian (R-CA)
Mom (1962): Pat Brown (D-CA)
Dad (1961): Michael DiSalle (D-OH)

I knew the first two off the top of my head, but I had to look it up for my dad.

Same for Jerry Brown and California.

It doesn't quite work for those years as Brown left in early 1983, but if you take two years off, you're right. And that's true of my aunt and her daughter. My aunt was born in 1982 and she had a daughter born in 2011, so both were born under Governor Brown.
