I couldn't believe the comments in the link.

The BATF does a good job on connecting bombs to perpetrators. Fingerprints are hard to keep off a Molotov cocktail.

Maybe yes, maybe no.

Even most reasonable intelligent people who fully understand tv isn't reality have their expectations of crime-detecting technology shaped by shows like CSI.
