I saw that this morning. Milliken declined to endorse either George W. Bush or John McCain (I can't remember which one). This isn't all that surprising--his image is largely favorable, and he's generally regarded as a moderate, effective governor.

He also endorsed Snyder.

I'm kind of surprised that Milliken is still alive and in a condition to be making political endorsements.
